Testimony :D
Last week I lost my keys on the road! I was on my way to a lecture and my bag dropped and all the contents inside of it. I picked up everything but was in such a rush that I must have missed my keys on the floor. This happened at approx 8.30 am and I only realised I had lost my keys at like 12 noonish. I remembered I had dropped my bag on the road so I went to look there and they were nowhere to be found. I live on the road of one the campuses and so went to the security man that is usually in front of the Uni and asked him if anyone had handed in keys. He told me a man on my road had a note on his car saying he had found keys and wrote a number to call on it. I called him and this man had said he had given it to my Univeristy reception :D
I GOT MY KEYS! It may sound small but it is big o!
I lost my purse like a month ago and did not find it and I cried when I lost my keys bcos I was getting fed up of losing things. I had to rebuke any spirit of carelessness in my life.
I thank God for allowing me to find my keys :D
GOOOO JESUS!<3

Praise even in hard times/His grace is sufficient
Have you ever been through hard times and complain? Yupp I’m guilty of this.
Yesterday I read 2 Corinthians 12 and in verse 10 it Paul says:
“That is why, for Christ’s sake, I delight in weaknesses, in insults, in hardships, in persecutions, in difficulties. For when I am weak, then I am strong”
I have read this passage so many times but yesterday it kind of clicked that we should kind of take our weaknesses and hardships in good heart because it will allow God’s glory to be revealed. It will allow God to show how great He is and that what I can’t do He can and where I am weak He is my strength.
Also we should always remember Job in the bible and what he went through. If you do not know about Job I advise you to read it, it’s after Esther in the bible. Job is basically about a wealthy man of God who loses his wealth(his cattle and all), his family- literally everything. In this day and age it would mean losing your job, your house, car and family etc.. Basically throughout it all he did not curse God and after his suffering God blesses him with more than he had in the beggining. The suffering he experienced was not actually inflicted by God but the devil, God just gave the permission The devil was looking for someone on the earth to bother and God asked the devil have you considered my servant Job? God was boasting about Job and how much of a servant of God he was and that Job would never curse him but the devil said he would. Can you imagine that! Sometimes I wonder would God boast about me or not even mention my name anywhere.
I brought up Job becasue I just want to encourage anyone going through a hard time or is battling with something please know God is there and this will make you stronger in the end and will build your character. God will never leave you nor forsake you (Hebrews 13:5), He is there. It is important to keep your eyes fixed on Jesus(Hebrews 12:2) and to keep a good attitude as shown in 2 Corinthians 12:10 aswell as James 1:2-3 where it says:
“Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance. 4 Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything”
Understand God is doing a good work in you and please ask yourself how would you truly know God was your strength if you have never been weak? It’s great to read it but when one has experienced it is another story.
Also if your going through hard times it does not mean you cannot express your feelings, I mean Job did but he still praised God
In Job 1:21 Job says,
”Naked I came from my mother’s womb, and naked I will depart. The LORD gave and the LORD has taken away; may the name of the LORD be praised.”
In parts of Job, he says things like ” I loathe my very life” Job 10:1 but yet still praises the Lord. We are human and have feelings and can not control all situations but can not let our feellings or situations control us.
I dare you to intentionally live a life of praise even through the challenges, trials, tribulations and weaknesses.
That’s all for now guyssss
I hope u were blessed by that.
Jesus lovves youuu xxxxxxxxxxx
The Prince Of Egypt :)

Okay soo I just watched the Prince Of Egypt. I have watched it before but I just watched it again and I loveeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee it! LOOL
If you have not heard of this movie it is about Moses and how God lead him to free the Israelites from Egypt. Read Exodus 1-15 :)
While I was watching I was trying to imagine how much faith Moses had to have to stand up to his “brother”(not real brother) and keeeeeep going back to him to ask to let the Israelites go. When God appeared to Moses as flames in a buring bush and told him his assignment Moses said:
“Moses said to the LORD, “Pardon your servant, Lord. I have never been eloquent, neither in the past nor since you have spoken to your servant. I am slow of speech and tongue.” (Exodus 4:10)
When God replied to him in the movie it just amazed me loool, I dont know why!.
“The LORD said to him, “Who gave human beings their mouths? Who makes them deaf or mute? Who gives them sight or makes them blind? Is it not I, the LORD? 12 Now go; I will help you speak and will teach you what to say.” (Exodus 4:11-12)
How many times have we made excuses about what God has called us or told us to do? Eg. I’m not ready or I don’t have what it takes. God created us so He knows what we are capable of doing and can help us do anything through Him.
Moses’s faith inspires me A LOT. I know it was God working through Moses and it just encourages me that no matter how long something doesn’t seem to be turning out right. If God has promised you something it will happen at the right time.
The Israelites passed through the Red Sea but the Egyptians got washed away, I mean its all Gods doing. If we just trust in what He has said it will surely come to pass.
Although i did notice in the film, it was just Moses going and pleading on behalf of the Israelites when in the bible God sent Aaron along with Moses because Moses made a lot excuses.
“But Moses said, “Pardon your servant, Lord. Please send someone else.”
14 Then the LORD’s anger burned against Moses and he said, “What about your brother, Aaron the Levite? I know he can speak well. He is already on his way to meet you, and he will be glad to see you. 15 You shall speak to him and put words in his mouth; I will help both of you speak and will teach you what to do. 16 He will speak to the people for you, and it will be as if he were your mouth and as if you were God to him. 17 But take this staff in your hand so you can perform the signs with it.” ( Exodus 4:14-15)
In the movie Aaron is not seen going to see Pharoah with Moses. Apart from that which I noticed, i really like the film :D
The film reminds me of Proverbs 3:5
Trust in the LORD with all your heart
and lean not on your own understanding;
6 in all your ways submit to him,
and he will make your paths straight.(Proverbs 3:5)
Guys go and watch if you haven’t! :D
Mwahhh Jesus loves you. xxxxxxx
Dear Fear
Dear Fear,
You’ve stolen from me o so many times
Stolen from me great opportunities
Preventing me from moving forward
Trying to hold me back from my destiny
I can see you must be testing me
Testing to see my faith
YOU MAKE ANGRY
WAIT, STOP I have to remember- be angry but do not sin
But I feel fear already makes me sin
The opposite of fear is faith and anything not done in faith is sin according to Romans 14:23
Fear you’ve made me do things with a lack of faith
Doubt God and not believe that I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me
When He is my peace, strength, my source, my peace and
MY CONFIDENCE(Jeremiah 17:7)
If He is my confidence then why do I fear?
Why does fear seem to always be battling me?
Why do I always open the door for fear?
I can no longer allow you in to steal from me
My faith, my joy, my peace, my time
Well 31st December 2011 5:51pm I close the door to fear
God has not given me the Spirit of fear but of peace, love and a sound mind.
Bye Bye Fear
I won’t see you in 2012
I choose to walk the path of faith and trust my God who holds my life in His hands.
Love Sarah
Isaiah 30…I serve a gracious God :D
So i read Isaiah 30 a couple of days ago and in this chapter Israel were rebellious to God had an alliance with Egypt which God rebuked.
” 1 “Woe to the obstinate children,”
declares the LORD,
“to those who carry out plans that are not mine,
forming an alliance, but not by my Spirit,
heaping sin upon sin;
2 who go down to Egypt
without consulting me;
who look for help to Pharaoh’s protection,
to Egypt’s shade for refuge.
3 But Pharaoh’s protection will be to your shame,
Egypt’s shade will bring you disgrace.
4 Though they have officials in Zoan
and their envoys have arrived in Hanes,
5 everyone will be put to shame
because of a people useless to them,
who bring neither help nor advantage,
but only shame and disgrace.”
This made me think about times I had done something wrong maybe not intentionally or where I had tried to find protection in other places than God.
As the chapter continues it seems like a lot of things are going to happen in terms of punishment but then in verse 18-21 it makes me smile :D
18 Therefore the LORD longs to be gracious to you,
And therefore He waits on high to have compassion on you.
For the LORD is a God of justice;
How blessed are all those who [c]long for Him.
19[d]O people in Zion, inhabitant in Jerusalem, you will weep no longer. He will surely be gracious to you at the sound of your cry; when He hears it, He will answer you. 20 Although the Lord has given you bread of privation and water of oppression, your Teacher will no longer hide Himself, but your eyes will behold your Teacher. 21 Your ears will hear a word behind you, “[e]This is the way, walk in it,” whenever you turn to the right or to the left. (Isaiah 30:18-21)
God then says that if they turn and cry out to him He will hear them! SOOOO AMAZING! God is soo compassinate He loves us soo much but we have to cry out and goo to Him! Just like Salvation you have to accept Him knocking on your heart and turn to Him. In this chapter (Isaiah 30) God longs to be gracious to them but they have to cry out to Him.
No matter what is going on in your life or the wrong you’ve done. Please know God is a gracious and compassionate God. It does not mean we need to trample on His grace, that’s a NO NO becasue God is also just. There are consequences for every action but please know God longs to be gracious to you and lovess you sooo muchhh. If you have not been in His presence lately, I encourage you to find yourself there. Boldly approach His throne of grace, He loves you :)
Just a little encouragement since I have not posted on here in a while ;)
Mwahhhhhhhhh Jesus Loves You!
